With a magnificent Mediterranean style 33,000 square ft., three story clubhouse, The Palencia Club St. Augustine, FL is the perfect location for hosting weddings, receptions, business meetings, golf outings or a simple gathering of friends.

The Palencia Club’s acclaimed culinary team can prepare delicious menu choices to meet your needs whether a small intimate dinner to the large grand event with a wide range of options available from delicious casual dining to the elegant grand menus. Indoor and beautiful outdoor options for weddings or your special celebrations are available so that you can conveniently have all your activities at one location.

We have elegant meeting and event facilities that can accommodate up to 180 people for a cocktail reception or 150 guests for sit down dining and dancing. With four separate dining & meeting rooms you have many options for breakout sessions or multiple events. The clubhouse design, with three stories, provides wonderful spaciousness along with the comforts of ample parking, contemporary handicap access and breathtaking views from patios and verandas.

“Palencia Club - 10/10 Wedding Venue!! We had our beautiful wedding at the Palencia Club, May 2024. After looking at what we believe was almost every possible venue in and around Jacksonville, we stumbled upon the Club and we were initially impressed with the beautiful outdoor space that overlooked the entire golf course. We had originally wanted a beach-style wedding, but could not find affordable options in the area and felt that the Palencia Club still offered a beautiful and almost-beach style vibe as it overlooks a massive lake, complete with lots of beautiful flower gardens, palm trees and fountains. The upstairs room that we used for our dinner was welcoming and unstuffy as it has lots of windows allowing for sweeping views of the entire golf course, sunsets and also has connected outdoor decks that overlook the outdoor space where our ceremony took place. It did not feel like a traditional ballroom which was also important to us. The Palencia Club is really is a one-stop shop venue which helped take a lot of leg work out of the planning process for us. They have all tables and chairs onsite, an Arch for your ceremony if you want to rent it and linens which you can also upgrade if you feel necessary. Misty Beasley was our day-of coordinator and offered a lot of great recommendations to us throughout the planning process. We highly recommend hiring her to manage everything behind the scenes because she knows the facility front to back – she can even build you beautiful bouquets and decorate for you – also recommend!!! Misty did an excellent job coordinating all day-of logistics on our big day. We found her to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional, direct and extremely organized. Any special requests we had, she found a way to make them happen and helped ensure that any outside vendors we used were organized and on the same page for the big day! Compared to most venues where food is prepared onsite, the food at the Palencia Club is AMAZING. We chose to serve our guests buffet style so that people could eat as much as they wanted to and offered salmon, skirt steak and pasta primavera as our main dishes. The salmon was our personal favorite, but all options were very well prepared and stayed hot and fresh for guests for the entire dinner service. We received a lot of great feedback on the food. Chef and Misty were willing to customize the menu however we wanted and they offer a variety of packages to suit any budget. We cannot say enough great things about the Palencia Club and Misty Beasley! Our day was beyond perfect, we wish we could do it all over again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding venue in St. Augustine or near Jacksonville"

“Misty and Crystal did an amazing job helping me plan my mom's 90th birthday party. We had 82 guest and everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was absolutely excellent! Service, set up, flowers amazing! Truly a wonderful place to hold any type of party, reception, gathering. This is my second experience and I am sure there will be a third. Thanks to everyone at the Palencia Club for making this such a special day!"

"Excellent for wedding reception. Just had our wedding reception there. Misty and the team were FANTASTIC and we absolutely loved our reception. Misty helped me a lot along the way in planning the reception, and they were able to make quite a few last minute requests happen for us. Misty also gave a bunch of great recommendations for vendors. The Reinosa Ballroom was a beautiful setting and a had a nice patio with a great view that we used for photos and our guests hung out on it. Price was honestly pretty reasonable for such a nice venue that had a bar and catering service and pretty view. They were very dedicated. Misty even offered to take my dirty tissue from me the night of our reception (didn't give it to her but I was impressed). Highly recommend."

"My heartfelt appreciation to everyone's efforts to make the Beaches Ladies Golf Association event on Monday one to remember. Thanks to Matt for getting the course ready, the scorecards made, the results tallied ..... and what a surprise to me to have the electronic scoreboard up in the Reinosa Room. Am sure it has been there for awhile, but what with several trips, the holidays, and illnesses, I haven't been there to see it ...... and it is most impressive. If only you could have made it a little less windy and a tad bit warmer!! haha Nobody can find fault with the Pro Shop for that!! And, many thanks to Sara and Dom who exceeded all my expectations in putting on a fabulous luncheon. The Reinosa room looked beautiful and inviting ..... and, well, the buffet was just awesome! Not only did it look gorgeous ,,, the food was delicious. And, everyone was exclaiming about the desserts in the little parfait glasses. YUM! Hats off to you, Chef Anson It is always important to me to have Palencia shine ... especially with these ladies from all over the northern stretch of St. Johns County and Duval County coast. They most definitely will talk amongst themselves and their friends, who will tell their friends just how fabulous Palencia is. "Word of Mouth" is always the best form of advertising." "Just a quick note to let you know how much my wife and I enjoyed the comedy night and the food last night. Everyone I spoke with shared our sentiments that this was a quality event. The comedian was one of the best acts I have seen at any price. I could tell the chefs and your entire staff handled their responsibilities exceptionally. To be able to hand make each person's pasta request was a challenge they were all up to.

I special thanks to Michelle not only for her role in arranging this event, but also for the fine work she does throughout the year on behalf of our club.
