With a magnificent Mediterranean style 33,000 square ft., three story clubhouse, The Palencia Club St. Augustine, FL is the perfect location for hosting weddings, receptions, business meetings, golf outings or a simple gathering of friends.

The Palencia Club’s acclaimed culinary team can prepare delicious menu choices to meet your needs whether a small intimate dinner to the large grand event with a wide range of options available from delicious casual dining to the elegant grand menus. We want to offer you the best in both terms of service and value.

Indoor and beautiful outdoor options for weddings or your special celebrations are available so that you can conveniently have all your activities at one location.

We have elegant meeting and event facilities that can accommodate up to 180 people for a cocktail reception or 150 guests for sit down dining and dancing. With four separate dining & meeting rooms you have many options for breakout sessions or multiple events. The clubhouse design, with three stories, provides wonderful spaciousness along with the comforts of ample parking, contemporary handicap access and breathtaking views from patios and verandas.

At Palencia Club St. Augustine, FL we can offer you complete event support for AV equipment, state of the art sound system, Wi-Fi & internet access throughout the building, dance floor & a seasoned professional staff who will help with all the details to make your event memorable for you and your guests.

"Last Fri, July 8, we held a birthday party for our 6 year old in The Bistro. Sara Martinson was instrumental in helping me out the whole thing together. She was incredibly professional and accommodating and I absolutely cannot speak highly enough about her. I've been an event director for 12 years and sometimes it's hard for me to let other people take over while planning events for myself. I felt very confident letting Sara handle everything from start to finish. I made multiple changes to the set up and menu and she handled everything with such poise. We had about 75 people, a DJ, and two Storm Troopers (it was a Star Wars theme) and everyone was so impressed with the venue, food, and staff! Sara truly went above and beyond to make that evening special for all of us. 

I just want to say Thank You to you and your staff for helping us have the best party ever! Everything was absolutely perfect. Crystal and Roma were amazing. They were so accommodating and friendly to each one of our guests and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

Brandon and the kitchen staff were fantastic, too. I switched our menu numerous times prior to the party and Brandon accommodated everything I wanted. He was so incredibly sweet to myself and my daughter while we were there setting up that she made it a point to give him one of her Yoda chocolate party favors!

Again, I truly cannot thank you all enough for making that day so special for all of us. While we would not normally have such an elaborate party for a 6 yr old's birthday, we figured she deserved it. We moved to this area last year and she's shown us what an amazing little person she truly is. She handled the move, making new friends, and going to a new school like a total champ! Not to mention making straight A's all year and constantly being awarded for good character at school.
